This New Year,
we will welcome
hope and positive,
kindness and gratitude,
love and faith,
sweet and happy
memories, thoughts and people

This New Year,
we bid farewell
to despair and sadness,
to rude and impoliteness,
to anger and laziness,
to depression and unworthiness

This New Year,
we will learn
new lessons,
unlearn old mistakes,
change some habits,
and keep some goodness


This New Year,
some will be mothers,
some will be lovers,
some will be wives,
some will become new lives


This New Year,
it will be better
than the last,
it will be awesome
than the previous,
it will be amazing
as ever
