At the age of tots and toddler,
the innocent heart,
the curious mind,
the sweet smile,
that melts everyone,
that believes in fairy tales,
and everything magical,
knows how to love,
but unaware what is love
As we grow up,
the mind learns,
the senses wake up,
the hormones fluctuates,
the adrenaline rushes,
the confusion happens
while we mistaken forever love
for temporary lust,
breaking hearts and relationships,
becoming crazy mad lovers
As we mature,
life becomes race,
winning is essential,
but stability is important,
as well as companionship,
and long lasting love
At age of elderliness,
the memories are remembered,
the past is regretted,
the guilt sinks in,
the heart longs for love,
but doesn't know how,
when it knows what is love.
